I Allow My Feelings to Heal

  1. The fullness of my feelings are a gift to me. I accept the fullness of who I am. When I am honest with myself and aware of my heartfelt feelings, I am in touch with my own true self.

  2. The softness and the sweetness inside my heart leads me deeper into my core of pure love.

  3. The outgoing energy of my being is strong, giving, secure and grounded.

  4. I feel myself as one, able to receive and give love spontaneously.

  5. When I relax and let go, I come together inside myself and feel the harmony in my own breath that heals my being.

  6. I can breathe in love and forgiveness, then let it radiate in all directions.

  7. I attract what I feel inside. Fear attracts fear; love attracts love. I allow my heart to release all fear.

  8. Into my heart I accept forgiveness, unconditional love and complete acceptance for myself

  9. When I can't feel my own goodness and sweetness I may need to forgive my own hardness and resentment, which has closed off my heart. This is a poison inside me which can be released into the compassion and love of my own Higher Self. Most of all, I need to forgive my own self.

  10. I allow myself to forgive and let go of all my burdens. I let them go to my Father and Mother Spirit who made me and is watching over me.
