Simple Healing Technique

Repeat the following to one's self in the midst of difficult situations when negative feelings surface:

  1. I recognize and acknowledge my feelings. (Take time to feel!)

  2. I surrender to what is and accept what is. (Feel yourself surrender to the feelings inside your own heart.)

  3. I invite the light of loving into the situation. I am tender with myself. (Take time to allow your heart to open to softness and tenderness).

  4. So be it! I give thanks!
