I affirm that I am a spirit with a body. When I identify with
my spirit, it is easier to
see myself as a witness and not become
involved or dwell on negative emotions.

I come into alignment with the greater
harmony that flows through all things.

the eternal flow of love through all things.
When we let go to the Eternal Spirit, an ocean of fear, death,
burden and sorrow leaves us, and we are free
to live in the perpetual flow of our
